Terms of Use
A clear basis for using our corporate website.
Effective: 12 October 2026 · Last updated: 12 October 2026 · Version 1.0
1. Scope and operator
These terms govern use of www.nexo-prime.com, operated by Nexo Prime Investments L.L.C-FZ, business licence 2537587.01, issued by Meydan Free Zone. They apply to website access and content, not to the terms of an investment, advisory service, project participation or other separately documented relationship.
Please read these terms alongside the Privacy Policy, Investment Risk Disclosures and Company Information. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
The terms are available before you send an enquiry. Where you affirmatively acknowledge them in the form, that acknowledgement concerns website use only. It does not bind either party to an investment or override any mandatory legal protection.
2. Purpose of the website
The website introduces the company, its investment mandate, regional focus and featured projects. Information is provided for general corporate purposes. It is not a substitute for opportunity-specific documentation, diligence or independent legal, tax and financial advice.
Website access, an enquiry, a document download or correspondence does not create an investment commitment, fiduciary relationship, advisory appointment or agreement to accept your capital. A relationship is established only through the appropriate review and agreed documentation.
Only a duly authorised signatory acting within their authority can enter into a commitment on the company’s behalf. An informal message, indicative discussion, presentation, funding target or document request is not a promise to invest, lend, accept funds or conclude a transaction.
3. Permitted use
You may view the website and download publicly available documents for your own legitimate review of the company. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, impersonate another person or use the company’s identity to solicit funds without written authority.
You must not reproduce or present website information in a way that misrepresents project progress, funding status, company authorisation or another person’s endorsement.
No person may use this website or our materials to market a transaction, collect money, claim to act as our agent or suggest regulatory approval without the appropriate written authority and any required permissions.
4. Intellectual property
Website design, branding, text and other materials are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holders. Limited viewing and personal review do not grant a licence to commercially reproduce, distribute or adapt those materials. Third-party marks and materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.
You may link to the website fairly and accurately, provided that the link does not imply an affiliation or endorsement that has not been agreed. Do not frame the website within a third-party service in a way that misrepresents its source.
5. Information, imagery and updates
We aim to present information accurately, but content may be incomplete, become outdated or change as a project develops. We may correct, update, withdraw or restrict material. Unless expressly agreed or required by law, publication does not create a commitment to update every statement continuously.
Illustrative images and conceptual environments are not evidence of owned facilities, completed investments or actual learners. Historical leadership experience must be distinguished from the company’s own operating history. Funding targets and strategic ambitions must not be read as achieved results.
6. Enquiries and confidential material
The current form prepares an email for you to review and send. It does not make a subscription, take payment or automatically deliver an enquiry to a database. An opened email draft is not evidence that the company received a message.
Supply accurate information that you are entitled to share. An initial enquiry does not establish a confidentiality agreement. Agree suitable arrangements before providing proprietary business information or sensitive personal records. Our processing of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Submitting a proposal gives us permission to review it for the purpose of the enquiry; it does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property. We may already be considering similar opportunities, and receipt of a proposal does not create exclusivity, a duty to pursue it or an obligation to compensate the sender. Separately agreed confidentiality obligations and applicable law remain unaffected.
Unsolicited documents or money transfers do not create acceptance or an investment allocation. Do not send funds on the basis of public website content. Confirm the contracting entity and payment instructions through agreed channels and definitive documents before any authorised payment.
7. Links and availability
External links are provided for convenience or verification. We do not control their content, availability or data practices; a link does not necessarily constitute endorsement. Third-party services may have their own terms.
We may suspend or change the website for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. Access and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed.
8. Responsibility and limitations
You are responsible for assessing whether website information meets your needs and for obtaining the documentation and advice appropriate to any proposed transaction. Decisions should not rely solely on public website content.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude implied assurances about website availability, completeness or suitability for a particular purpose and liability for indirect losses arising solely from website use. This does not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. It does not override an express obligation in a separately agreed contract.
A user who unlawfully misuses the website or infringes another person’s rights remains responsible for the consequences of that conduct under applicable law. Nothing in these terms requires a user to indemnify the company for the company’s own unlawful conduct.
9. Governing law and disputes
These website terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates and Dubai. Subject to mandatory law and any overriding jurisdiction requirement, disputes concerning these terms are to be addressed by the competent courts of Dubai. A separate agreement may specify a different governing law or dispute process for a particular transaction.
Please first contact us with sufficient details to allow a reasonable opportunity to address a website-related concern.
10. Changes, severability and contact
Updated terms apply to subsequent website use from their stated effective date, subject to any notice required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. A failure to exercise a right immediately does not by itself waive it.

These terms do not create rights for unrelated third parties or permit a visitor to represent the company. Separate executed agreements take precedence over website text on the matters they govern. A change to these website terms does not retrospectively vary an existing transaction agreement.
